The Synology DiskStation DS120j 1-Bay NAS Server is powered by a Marvell Armada 3700 88F3720 dual-core 800 MHz processor, AES-NI hardware encryption engine, and Btrfs file system support. It comes with 512 MB DDR3L RAM. The  DS120j delivers over 112.75 MB/s reading and 97.6 MB/s writing under RAID1 configuration in a Windows environment.1  Equipped with a hardware encryption engine, DS120j offloads the encryption calculation tasks from the main CPU.
